Today’s car of the day is this 2016 Corvette Z06 that was at the 2018 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. This is from the C7 series, which has been in production since 2013 (the first model year was 2014. The Z06 was unveiled at the 2014 North American International Auto Show. The engine is the LT4, which is a 6.2 liter supercharged V8 that produces 650 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. The transmission of this one is a 7-speed manual, but it can also come with an 8-speed automatic. This car does 0-60 mph in 2.9 seconds and has a top speed of 205 mph.
