This is from the seventh generation (W223), which has been in production since 2020 (the first model year was 2021). The engine is a 3 liter turbocharged M 256 E30 DEH LA GR straight-6 that produces 362 horsepower and 368 pound-feet of torque. The transmission is a 9-speed automatic.
