The Chevy Tahoe has been in production since 1991. This is from the third generation, which was made between 2003 and 2014. The engine is a 6.2 liter Vortec V8 that produces 405 horsepower and 417 pound-feet of torque. The transmission is a 6-speed automatic.
Today’s car of the day is this ’78 Corvette Limited Edition Indy 500 Pace Car that was at the 2018 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. Only 6,503 of this variant were made. This is from the C3 generation of the Corvette, which was made between 1968 and 1982. The engine of this one is a 5.7 liter V8 that produces 220 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque.
