It’s from the fifth generation, which was made between March of 2009 and November of 2015 (model years between 2010 and 2015). The engine of this one is a 3.6 liter LTT V6 that produces 312 horsepower and 278 pound-feet of torque. The transmission of this one is a 6-speed automatic.
Today’s car of the day is this ‘49 Chevy Styleline that was at the 2013 Daytona Spring Show. The Chevy Deluxe is a line of luxury cars that was made between 1941 and 1952. This is from the second generation, which was made between 1949 and 1952. The engine of this one is a 3.5 liter straight-6 that produces 90 horsepower and 174 pound-feet of torque. The transmission is a 3-speed manual. This car does 0-60 mph in 21.3 seconds and has a top speed of 73 mph.
Today’s car of the day is this this ‘58 Corvette that was in town yesterday. This is from the C1 generation, which was made between 1953 and 1962. The engine of this one is a 4.6 liter Small-block V8 that produces 230 horsepower and 300 pound-feet of torque. The transmission of this one is a 3-speed manual. This car does 0-60 mph in 7.5 seconds and has a top speed of 113 mph. 
Today’s car of the day is this ‘85 Chevy Camaro IROC-Z that was at the 2013 Daytona Spring Show. It’s from the third generation of the Camaro, which was made between October of 1981 and August of 1992 (model years between 1982 and 1992). The IROC-Z was introduced in 1985. The engine of this one is a 5 liter V8 that’s been modified, but I’m not sure how powerful it is. The transmission of this one is a 5-speed manual.
Today’s car of the day is this Chevy Tahoe that’s owned by the Florida Highway Patrol, and I saw it at the 2018 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. The Chevy Tahoe has been in production since 1991. This is from the third generation, which was made between 2003 and 2014. The engine is a 6.2 liter Vortec V8 that produces 405 horsepower and 417 pound-feet of torque. The transmission is a 6-speed automatic.
Today’s car of the day is this ’78 Corvette Limited Edition Indy 500 Pace Car that was at the 2018 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. Only 6,503 of this variant were made. This is from the C3 generation of the Corvette, which was made between 1968 and 1982. The engine of this one is a 5.7 liter V8 that produces 220 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. The transmission of this one is a 3-speed automatic. This car does 0-60 mph in 8.2 seconds and has a top speed of 121 mph. This Corvette was auctioned off for $28,600.
Today’s car of the day is this ’71 Corvette Stingray that Jimmie Johnson helped modify, and I saw it at the 2018 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. It’s from the C3 generation, which was made between 1968 and 1982. This one was modified to have a 6.2 liter LT1 V8, which produces 460 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque. The transmission of this one is a 6-speed manual.
I recently saw this ‘73 Chevy Camaro Z/28 in Tarpon Springs. This is from the second generation, which was made between 1970 and 1981. The engine is a 5.7 liter V8 that produces 245 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque. This Camaro was modified to have a 5-speed manual transmission.
Today’s car of the day is this 2018 Corvette Z06 Carbon 65 Edition that was at the 2018 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. This is from the C7 series, which has been in production since 2013 (the first model year was 2014). The Carbon 65 Edition is being made to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the Corvette, and only 650 are being built. The engine is the LT4, which is a 6.2 liter supercharged V8 that produces 650 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. The transmission of this one is a 7-speed manual, but it can also come with an 8-speed automatic. This car does 0-60 mph in 2.9 seconds and has a top speed of 205 mph.
Today’s car of the day is this ’98 Corvette Indy Pace Car Edition that was at the 2018 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. It’s from the C5 generation, which was made between 1996 and 2004 (model years between 1997 and 2004). A total of 1,163 of the Indy 500 Pace Car Edition were made, and this is one of the 547 with a 6-speed manual transmission. The engine is a 5.7 liter LS1 V8 that produces 345 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque. This car does 0-60 mph in 4.7 seconds and has a top speed of 172 mph. This Corvette was auctioned off for $20,900.
