It’s from the second generation, which was made between 1970 and 1981. A total of 5,700 of the Pace Car Edition were made. This one in particular was owned by Burt Reynolds, and he was riding in it when I took this picture. The engine of this one is a 4.9 liter turbocharged V8 that produces 210 horsepower and 345 pound-feet of torque. The transmission of this one is a 3-speed automatic. This Trans Am was auctioned off for $110,000, and the Smokey and the Bandit theme song was played after the car was auctioned off.
