This is a ’68 Mustang that was at the 2019 Shops at Wiregrass Series Car & Truck Show. This is from the second phase of the first generation, which was made between August of 1966 and August of 1968 (model years between 1967 and 1968). The engine of this one is a 4.7 liter Windsor V8 that produces 200 horsepower and 285 pound-feet of torque. The transmission of this one is a 3-speed automatic.
This is a ’71 Mustang Boss 351 that was at Streetside Classics Tampa in July of 2019. This is from the fourth phase of the first generation of the Mustang, which was made between 1970 and 1973 (model years between 1971 and 1973). The Boss 351 is a performance variant that was made in 1971. The engine is a 5.8 liter Cleveland V8 that produces 330 horsepower and 370 pound-feet of torque. The transmission is a 4-speed manual.
That’s a ’50 Ford Custom. The Ford Custom is a line of luxury cars that was made between 1949 and 1981. This is from the first generation, which was made between 1949 and 1955. That’s a Ford Taurus SHO that’s owned by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, and I saw it at the 2019 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. This is from the sixth generation of the Taurus, which was made between June of 2009 and March of 2019 (model years between 2010 and 2019). The Taurus SHO is a high performance version of the Taurus. The engine is a 3.5 liter twin turbo Ecoboost V6 that produces 365 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque. The transmission is a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic.
Here’s a Ford Crown Victoria that owned by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, and I saw it at the 2019 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. The police version of the Crown Victoria was made alongside the civilian version between 1992 and 2011. This is from the second generation, which was made between 1998 and 2011. The engine is a 4.6 liter Modular V8 that produces 224 horsepower and 272 pound-feet of torque. The transmission is a 4-speed automatic. This car does 0-60 mph in 9.2 seconds and has a top speed of 134 mph.
This is an ’81 Ford LTD that’s a replica of the Family Truckster from National Lampoon’s Vacation, and I saw it at the 2019 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. The Ford LTD is a range of cars that was made between 1965 and 1986. This is from the third generation, which was made between 1978 and 1982 (model years between 1979 and 1982). The engine of this one is a 4.9 Windsor V8 that produces 130 horsepower and 235 pound-feet of torque. The transmission is a 4-speed automatic. This car does 0-60 mph in 13 seconds and has a top speed of 101 mph. This LTD was auctioned off for $100,100.
Here’s a 2007 Ford F-150 Harley-Davidson Edition that was at the 2019 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. The Ford F-Series is a line of trucks that’s been in production since 1947. This is from the eleventh generation, that was made between June of 2003 and July of 2004 (model years between 2004 and 2008). The engine is a 5.4 liter Triton V8 that produces 300 horsepower and 365 pound-feet of torque. The transmission is a 4-speed automatic. This F-150 was auctioned off for $9,350.
