Today’s car of the day is this ’57 Corvette that was at the 2018 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. It’s from the C1 generation, which was made between 1953 and 1961. The engine of this one is a 4.6 liter V8 that produces 220 horsepower and 300 pound-feet of torque. This one was modded to have a 4-speed manual transmission. This car does 0-60 mph in 8 seconds and has a top speed of 112 mph. This Corvette was auctioned off for $75,900.
Today’s car of the day is this ’63 Corvette Stingray that was at the 2018 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. It’s from the C2 series, which was made between 1962 and 1967 (model years between 1963 and 1967). This one was modded to have an LS3 under the hood, which is a 6.2 liter V8 that produces 430 horsepower and 424 pound-feet of torque. The transmission of this one is a 5-speed manual. This Corvette was auctioned off for $110,000.
