This is a 2003 Corvette that was at the 2020 Shops at Wiregrass Car & Truck Show. This is from the C5 generation, which was made between 1996 and 2003 (model years between 1997 and 2003). The engine is the LS1, which is a 5.7 liter V8 that produces 350 horsepower and 375 pound-feet of torque. The transmission of this one is a 6-speed manual. This car does 0-60 mph in 4.7 seconds and has a top speed of 179 mph.

My first Corvette was a C5, a 2002 model that I purchased used in 2004. I liked it so much that I’m on my third Vette. As such, I will always have a soft spot for C5 Corvettes like the one shown in this post.
