This is a 2012 Audi R8 Spyder that was at the 2013 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. The Audi R8 is a supercar that’s been in production since 2006, and is based on the 2003 Audi Le Mans Quattro Concept. This is from the first generation (Type 42), which was made between June of 2006 and August of 2015. The engine is a 5.2 liter odd firing FSI DOHC V10 that produces 518 horsepower and 391 pound-feet of torque. The transmission of this one is a 7-speed S-tronic dual-clutch automatic. This car does 0-60 mph in 4.1 seconds and has a top speed of 194 mph. This car weighs 3,968 pounds since the chassis is an aluminum spaceframe, and the body panels are made of carbon fiber and aluminum.
