This is from the sixth generation (W222), which was made between November of 2014 and August of 2020. The engine is a 4.7 liter M 278 DE 46 AL twin turbo V8 that produces 449 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque. The transmission is a 7-speed automatic. This car does 0-60 mph in 5 seconds and has a top speed of 155 mph.
