This is from the second phase of the fourth generation, which was made between 1998 and 2004 (model years between 1999 and 2004). The engine is a 3.8 liter OHV Essex V6 that produces 190 horsepower and 220 pound-feet of torque. The transmission of this one is a 4-speed automatic.
