Today’s car of the day is this 2007 Shelby GT500 that was at the 2018 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. It’s from the first phase of the fifth generation of the Mustang, which was made between September of 2004 and December of 2008 (model years between 2005 and 2009). This generation of the Shelby GT500 was made between 2006 and 2009 (model years between 2007 and 2009). The engine is a 5.4 liter supercharged V8 that produces 500 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque. The transmission is a 6-speed manual. This Shelby was auctioned off for $47,300.
