Here’s a 2023 Lexus ES350. The Lexus ES is a line of luxury sedans that’s been in production since June of 1989 (the first model year was 1990). This is from the seventh generation (XZ10), which has been in production since August of 2018 (the first model year 2019). The engine is a 3.5 liter 2GR-FKS V6 that produces 302 horsepower and 267 pound-feet of torque. The transmission is an 8-speed automatic.
That’s a 2004 Mitsubishi Galant ES that was at the 2013 Daytona Turkey Rod Run. The Mitsubishi Galant is a compact (later mid-sized) car that was made between 1969 and 2012. This is from the 9th generation, which was made between 2003 and 2012 (model years between 2004 and 2012). The engine is a 2.4 liter 4G69 straight-4 that produces 160 horsepower and 157 pound-feet of torque. The transmission is a 4-speed automatic.
