This is a ’69 Chevy Camaro Z/28 that was at the 2013 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. This is from the first generation, which was made between 1966 and 1969 (model years between 1967 and 1969). The engine is a 5 liter V8 that produces 290 horsepower and 290 pound-feet of torque. The transmission is a 4-speed manual. This car does 0-60 mph in 7.1 seconds and has a top speed of 132 mph.

My first college roommate had a 1969 Z28. Just like my ’67 GTO, though, he couldn’t bring it to school until the beginning of the second semester in February. (I’m not going to say what year!)
