This is a ’66 Pontiac GTO that was at the 2013 Barrett-Jackson Auction in Palm Beach. The Pontiac GTO is a muscle car that was originally made between 1964 and 1974. This is from the first generation, which was made between 1964 and 1967. The engine of this one is a 6.6 liter V8 that produces 360 horsepower and 438 pound-feet of torque. The transmission of this one is a 4-speed manual. This GTO was auctioned off for $43,450.

I have a VERY strong attachment to these cars as my first car was a ’67 GTO. However, as much as I loved it then, the past is the past and I don’t think (emphasize think) I would buy one again unless I won a BIG lottery jackpot.
